Advanced course for professionals working under the scope of the Swedish Agreement "Samverkansavtalet" and other Codes of Business Practice

This course will give an overview of the Compliance codes for the Medical Device Industry in the Nordic countries and on a European level, the Eucomed Code of Business Practice. The impact of the United States Foreign Corruption Practices Act has on medtech companies in Europe and the latest anit-bribary law developments in Sweden will also be covered. The Chief Executive of the British Association for medical technology, ABHI will inform about the UK’s new strict Anti Bribary Act.

This day will be valuable for CEO:s, Sales managers,  heads of compliance, legal counsels and those in sales who work with Health Care Professionals. This course is a natural continuation for those of you who have attended any of Swedish Medtech's courses in the Swedish Agreement "Samverkansavtalet" or have a basic knowledge thereof.
